Machine testing phase

1. Press the red button on the machine and wait until the machine is completely off, about 4 minutes.
2. Unplug the LAN cable and turn on the machine.

• After the machine is on, try to use a photocopy and see if the warning is still there.

1. The rare cases If errors still appear, call the IT technician to check the machine.
2. If no errors appear on the screen, plug the LAN cable into the machine.
3. If the error suddenly appears, try the next step.

Method 1: follow i to iii again.

1. On the machine, go to
   1. Printer (Classic) > Prints Job tab > View Job button > Select All > Delete
2. Restart the machines.

If the error still occurs, reinstalling the drivers from the PC that caused the error or reinstalling the drivers from the last PC that used the machine (I may not solve the issue here.)

Method 2

1. You need to find the bad print job on all PCs that are connected to the machine by cancelling the print or clearing the print job.
2. Restart the machine and wait to see if the error still appears.

If the error appears again, follow the last step below.

Method 3

1. Select Start, type cmd, and right-click the cmd “Run as Administrator”.

TYPE CAREFULLY

net stop spooler

Then press Enter.

del %systemroot%\System32\spooI\printers\* /Q.

Then press Enter .

net start the spooler.

Then press enter.

Restart the PC and the machines.
